Process engineer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for product process development and work with global team to review PFMEA and control plan;
- Responsible for product process management during series production and define product process parameter and standards definition.
- Responsible for produciton project management and support value stream improvement
- Responsible for OEE and quality improvement and use problem solving tool to sovle problem completely.
- Responsible for continuous improvement in shopfloor
- Responsible for new project launch and commissioning
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields
- 2-3 years experience in production management for assembly line.
- Experience in leading production KPIs achievement and associate development
- Familiar with PFMEA development/ control plan development/ project management
- Fluent in Oral English
